New guidance policies and compliance rulings have been established by “industry” medical affairs departments to assure Accredited CME and Educational Grant processing systems remain compliant with industry rulings.

MEMS has created a system to support these new guidance policies allowing customers to remain conservative with these rulings while providing quality accredited continuing medical education to customers. 

Programs administered by MEMS are tailored to comply with your specific Educational Grant Guidance documents and allow you to remain completely “hands off” with respect to continuing education program development, accreditation and logistics.

All educational programs must be funded by an Educational Grant to MEMS or a MEMS Educational Partner. Content must be approved by MEMS Medical Advisory Board for scientific rigor and fair balance prior to implementation.
